Brenda McDougall, PMP, CNE
Brenda McDougall is our principal consultant and CEO.
Brenda has over 30+ years’ varied experience in the information technology field. Brenda’s 20+ years’ management experience in directing departments and project teams brings a wealth of technology know-how and understanding to Mariposa Consulting.
Brenda started out in the tech field in the early “IBM PC” days as a technical trainer and support specialist. From there she became a programmer and one of her original clients is still running a point of sale system she developed in the mid-80’s. Brenda attained her network engineers ticket in the 1990’s. Throughout her career she has been involved in projects – first as a team member, then project lead, then project manager and received her Project Management Professional designation in 2011. Brenda’s most recent accreditation is a Certified Change Management Practitioner. Brenda’s breadth of experience gives her insight into most aspects of a technical project.

Jessica Duffy
Jessica Duffy is a skilled Business Analyst and SharePoint consultant. Business process documentation and improvement are some of her specialties. Jessica has over 10 years’ experience as a change management agent and project lead. Jessica’s experience, combined with her quality assurance and auditing skills, make her an highly effective team member.
Jessica is located south of Perth in Western Australia. The difference in time zone has its advantages as her week starts a day ahead of ours, in Western Canada and she gets a jump on completing tasks and has it ready and waiting for our clients.

Rita Dunn
With 30+ years’ experience in sales, business and technology, Rita Dunn brings a wealth of knowledge to Mariposa Consulting. She is also the owner of a remote executive assistant company called “The Edge Virtual Office Support”.
Rita started out in the office equipment sales and support field in the early days of word processing systems. Throughout her varied career, Rita has always been the “go to” person for technology wherever she has worked.
