SHAREPOINT IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT

SharePoint Intranet - Mariposa Consulting implemented a SharePoint 2016-based intranet for a BC natural gas company. Project activities included project management, business analysis, SharePoint design and implementation. The site contained 20+ departmental pages with custom document libraries, lists, add-ons.

INFRASTRUCTURE AUDIT

Completed a full spectrum infrastructure audit for this BC-based natural gas company to identify gaps, risks and opportunities for process improvements. This also provided a project-readiness baseline for their upcoming enterprise implementations.

ENTERPRISE PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Managed a team of senior consultants to successfully implement MS Dynamics NAV, D365 with Portal and Power BI for this international manufacturing company out of Manitoba.

INFRASTRUCTURE AUDIT

Based on a request from their insurance company, completed an infrastructure audit for this local plastics manufacturing company after a critical systems failure. Identified key areas to address deficiencies and provide stability.

Enterprise Project Management

Lead a team of staff and consultants to successfully implement MS Dynamics NAV, MS Dynamics CRM and Prophix BI tools. Custom development was needed to meet the business requires for the CRM implementation to handle quoting and sales for a rental company.
